Brent Council - Housing Services Careers

We are the joint Brent Landlord managing tenancies and properties. One side of our Housing Management Service deals with everything people related- from rent collection to anti-social behaviour to tenant engagement.  The other side – Property Services, is made up of teams of technical staff delivering major works such as tower block refurbishments, day to day and major repairs, and ensuring building safety through compliance.

We are working together to become the Landlord our tenants want us to be- one that is trustworthy, accessible, supportive and empowering. We have backing across the organisation to drive change to deliver excellent services to our tenants and leaseholders.

There is still much work to do on our improvement plan but through the determination and collaboration of our staff we are on a journey that every day brings us closer together to our shared goal.

We can wholeheartedly say that the best thing about our roles is working with teams of staff who are brilliantly diverse, supportive and forward thinking. They lift each other up, challenge each other to be better and help each other to continually be learning.
